If you get selected you are paired with domain-specific mentor who will provide guidance, training, and networking opportunities to help you flourish in your respective fields. Cohorts will be evaluated based on individual KPIs and resources will be planned based on performance. We will also plan for retraining frameworks, 2nd chance is no longer an option.
